It's almost Friday and I am OH.SO.READY.
This week I'm thankful for:
*emails from friends I have yet to respond to. It's been an 11 hour workdays kinda week. I promise to return emails this weekend...
*The two boys in my class today who wrote me a note telling me that I was the best teacher EVER. The part I'm really thankful for, however, was the next part that made me giggle uncontrollably for a few mins...."Tomorrow we're going to work on a note just like it for both of our teacher's from last year." Um, guys? I think you may need to work on your definitions of BEST and EVER. Kids crack me up.
*MY HUBBY COMES HOME TOMORROW!
*The counselor at my school. I think we're going to become very good friends this year, thanks to my class. And she's helpful and wonderful.
*Melissa. What a great girl's weekend last weekend. And thanks for all the encouragement this week. Much needed and appreciated.
*Thanks to Sara for convincing me to buy the NY&Co dress that I wore today. I got mucho compliments.
*Fall veggies started today. (I'm also thankful that I remembered to go get them after I got home, changed clothes and had started cleaning up around the house....which leads me to my next thankful.....)
*I am not too embarrassed to go pick up veggies in my bright red USMC sweatpants and my Carolina hoodie....And shiny, sparkly jewelry still on from the school day....that's right. I'm special.
