Happy December...NC Style :-)

So here it is, December 1st! And it's 70 degrees! I love my home state and its inevitable inability to decide what season's weather it would like to display on any given day. Keeps us all guessing.

Thanks to the great warm weather we decided to take a walk on the Greenway near my parent's house today. You may (or probably don't) remember that we did this same thing in early December last year with Little Miss. Here's what it looked like then:

Fast forward a year and you get this sweet two year old:

And on the way home we stopped by the Falls Lake Dam to check out the view of the lake. K doesn't really believe in just admiring the view...she's got to REALLY check it out for herself. 

 "That water is very very cold," she declared.
