So today for the first time since I was pregnant with Kennedy I decided to paint my toe nails. Kennedy was awake and playing happily when I started. I painted my toes with an interested Kennedy looking on and occasionally trying to touch my wet toes. When I closed up the bottle she started fussing and I assumed she wanted the bottle so I handed it to her. She gave it back to me and cried. After asking what she needed repeatedly and offering some options I finally realized the problem. She wanted me to do her toes too! So the kid that never stops moving let me paint her tiny little toe nails. And now we match.
