Wow. When I asked for snow...

Boy, did I get it! It started with a forecast for a few inches....when all was said and done we had 15-18" in our backyard. Check it out!Of course, there are some downsides to this much snow...for example, the shoveling to discover where the cars were.
Let's play a game called find the car in this picture:
Yeah, that's Justin's car. The poor guy moves out of Wisconsin to get away from the snow and this is what his car looks like. However, lets focus on the exciting things that happened. Like, Sara arriving just in time to get snowed in....and her being attacked by the boys with snow and sledding down the road...or at least trying to.
And we discovered a wonderful wine cooler!

One of the East Coast Eckerts was as thrilled with the snow as I was....
He loves jumping through the snow. He was only able to stand like this after a few days of refreezing of the snow. Before then, he just sank to the bottom....and the snow was deeper than his legs are long.

I almost forgot to mention the other snowed in person...Zach! Here are the boys of our big snow!
And here are the gals!
When we left Stafford on Christmas day there was still about a foot of snow on the deck. Amazing.
